Billing and cancelling

If I cancel during the trial, will I be charged?

No. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you won't be charged; Plus stays on until the trial is over. To cancel, go to Settings › Manage subscription in the app, or Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone.

How do I pay?

All payments go through your Apple App Store account; we never see your card details. The monthly plan is $4.99/month, with no trial.

Can I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds. Sign in with your Apple ID at reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.

Can I share Plus with my family?

No. Plus is tied to the Apple ID you bought it with, and Family Sharing isn't available.
