just streak has its own quiet hours, and your iPhone has Focus modes. They work separately, so it helps to know both.
Quiet hours in just streak
By default, quiet hours run from 11 PM to 8 AM. A reminder that would land inside them is held and delivered when they end. The one exception is the 9 PM Streak at risk alert: if 9 PM falls inside your quiet hours, it's skipped for that day rather than sent late.
To change them:
- Go to Profile › Settings › Notifications.
- Tap Quiet hours.
- Set the From and To times.
To turn quiet hours off completely, set the same time for both.
Focus modes on iPhone
Focus modes like Sleep, Work or Do Not Disturb can silence just streak even outside its quiet hours. To let reminders through:
- Open the iPhone's Settings › Focus.
- Pick the Focus you use.
- Under Allow Notifications, tap Apps and add just streak.
If you'd rather keep a Focus strict, try setting your habit reminders for a time it's usually off.
